Zombies from all over gathered at Adventures in Dance for the annual Zombie Crawl. Robyn Collins and William Hooker took them in and taught them a move or two. They got down with some cool line dance moves. They did the monster mash, and the electric slide. The blood oozed as they got their moves before crawling down Littleton blvd. into downtown Littleton where they tore into some roast pig. Thank you to the Adventures in dance youth squad for assisting in demonstrating dances to the living dead. It just proves dead men can dance, and so can you at Adventures in dance.

Here is Robyn’s review of this event Zombies, decayed walking and flesh craving bodies that wander the side walk. That’s definitely not normal. Maybe on TV shows like The Walking Dead but in Littleton? Now that is a shock on an early Saturday morning. But these zombies weren’t out on the hunt for humans. Sure they wanted flesh but they also wanted fun too! Who doesn’t want to shamble down the street with a big pack of other un-fresh pals and scare the daylights out of the average Joe? With gruesome costumes to boot too! Pass the blood please my skin keeps falling off. At 12 they started their gruesome tour down the hill from the Woodlawn shopping on their, not so long, trek down to Reinkies parking lot. Fortunately there was only one fatality from this onslaught of dead onlookers. Poor guy didn’t stand a chance…but one wouldn’t expect a roasted pig to be able to run and escape when he’s skewered and toasting deliciously over a fire. Mmmmmm! Pass a leg please. With their common craving for flesh satisfied, for now, the zombies are far from finished. They listen to music, providing they still can hear, and complement each on their state of decay. Oh please, you know you’d want to ask one where they got that perfectly wonderful intestine from, and how it tastes! Curious onlookers keep careful watch from afar, some more brave even stride out and mingle amidst them, while the rest keep careful distance and skirt as far away from them as they can. Unfortunetly the fun can’t last forever and the dead do need to rest. They groan good-bye and shamble to their grave’s to take a long nap and come again. Maybe next year. Or maybe sooner?
