Jammin’ Dancers Ballroom all night long
Sunday night, dancers from Adventures in Dance gathered to present what they had discovered about dance. They got together to compete against one another with team Criag, and team Holly. The Rules were simple, you danced your best, and your team was responsible for bribing the judges to bring up your scores. The judges this year were William Hooker, and Robyn Collins. Team Criag had Sabrina Mc Farland and Sheryl Grey. Team Holly had Shayao Mc Farland, Larry Gray, and Melvin Marcusson. They danced Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango, Peabody and Bolero. At the end each was awarded with a gourmet chocolate assortment. When the dust settled, Robyn took the microphone and announced…And the winner is… Team Mel! I want to know what Mel’s bribe was J
After the Jam, Joel from La Bonne Vie Catering took the stage with his delightful dinner. He came early and dressed the table with festive décor. Then we dined on Bruschetta laid out elegantly. Petite Beef Tenderloin with Pearl Onions and Glace de Viande and Chicken Marsala served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Butternut Squash and Salad teased our taste buds. We concluded with assorted Cheesecake Bites. We topped this off with craft beer, wine, and the ever popular eggnog.
After dinner, William and Robyn took the stage with their Run Rudolph routine.
Inspired by “Who spiked the eggnog,” Holly and Craig took the stage with their lively Quickstep. Everyone then got
up to dance to some favorite Christmas songs.
I took the time to edit the highlights from everyone’s dancing. It is in a video below. Dance with happy feet this Christmas, and remember to join us next year.
