3 must have professionals, and 14 do it yourself tips on Holly’s hot wedding tips

Do you wonder which wedding projects are best to do yourself, and which are best to delegate to a professional? I met with Julie Lundy, from Julie Lundy Event Designs to answer this question. She had some great insights on do it yourself projects, and the best jobs to delegate to a professional.

Best projects to consider doing yourself for your wedding:

  1. Décor
  2. Place cards
  3. Place mat
  4. Escort cards,
  5. Table numbers,
  6. Sew your napkins
  7. Table linens
  8. Table runners
  9. Wedding gown,
  10. Accent pieces
  11. Center pieces
  12. Wedding cake
  13. Dessert
  14. Creative event signage

3 must have professionals:

  1. Caterer
( so your guests can relax and enjoy your day with you)
  2. Photographer
(So your precious memories are preserved in memorable moments)
  3. Day of wedding coordinator/planner
( So you have someone to direct the schedule and take care of any day of emergencies, and can act as master of ceremony)

I want to thank Julie Lundy, from Julie Lundy Event Designs (julie@julielundyeventdesign.com) for taking the time to talk with me. Be sure to watch the full interview below:
