Kicking up your heals to a Christmas jingle is a great way to get in the holiday spirit. Quincy place in Denver sponsored Christmas line dances for their seniors. It was a super way to put them in the holiday spirit.
Historic Christmas line dances
Seniors kicked up their heals with historic Christmas line dances. Traveling back in time they leaned about yuletide dances for Christmas. They leaned a Branle de Original (Link) to” Ding Dong Merrily on High.” Courtly manners were exhibited when seniors learned the English country dance “Greensleeves.” (Link)
Modern Christmas Line dances
Modern songs were full of holiday spirit and make great Christmas Line dances. Residents learned the “Jingle Bell Rock” line dance (Link). Then they clapped and 
stomped to the “Holly Jolly Christmas” line dance. (Link)
After an hour of holiday cheer and line dances, Quincy Place residents were ready for lunch. They sang a familiar Christmas carol to close. Everyone had a great time.
